Sandra Blaikie is an award-winning veteran of television news. She’s been nationally recognized for her consistently outstanding work.  Blaikie has spent 20 years honing her skills and she’s developed a unique and powerful understanding of how to shape your message and deliver it with confidence, clarity and impact.

News Anchor

Before moving into the media training and presentation coaching field, Blaikie was the anchor of ‘A News at Six with Sandra Blaikie’ – a program named by her peers as the best newscast in the country.

Blaikie is best known for her sure-footed live work, her tough interviews with major newsmakers and a deep sense of compassion that helped her identify with her audience.

Investigative reporter

Beyond the anchor desk, Blaikie was a well-respected field reporter. She’s a 3-time RTNDA award-winner for her investigative and political reporting.

Educator & Leader

Blaikie is deeply involved in her community, as an educator and a leader. She taught broadcast news at Algonquin College for five years. She also served as the chair of Fair Chance – a group dedicated to encouraging community involvement in the municipal election process. It’s one of many charitable and community initiatives Blaikie has supported over the years.
